Police in India have arrested 13 men in connection with a gang of men who raped a girl of 20 years old in the state of West Benghal .
It is alleged the men, they raped her on orders of village elders who have themselves adopted the traditional judicial authorities .
The girl has been admitted to the hospital for treatment at the emergency department.
